YEREVAN. – Ever since Alik Sargsyan was relieved of his duties as Armenia’s Police Chief and appointed President Serzh Sargsyan’s adviser, certain people began turning their backs on him, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun daily writes.     

“For example, these days Sargsyan’s family is looking for a new housemaid. Having heard that Alik Sargsyan is no longer Police Chief, the [former] housemaid simply decided the next day to no longer go to the Sargsyan home for work. Now the Sargsyan are looking for a new housemaid to fill the vacant job,” Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun writes.
