YEREVAN. – With the order of Armenia’s Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan, and in consideration of the fish reproduction season, fishing and crayfish catching will be prohibited in Lake Sevan, from November 28 to December 28, Nature Protection Ministry’s Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.      

The Ministry’s divisions are hereby instructed to ban fishing and crayfish catching in Lake Sevan, and to take corresponding measures jointly with the Gegharkunik Regional Hall and law enforcement agencies. 

All fishing boats will be removed from the Lake, between Friday and Sunday.
