YEREVAN. – Gunshots were heard in an apartment of the Armenian capital Yerevan, on Friday, Aravot daily writes. 

And the police squad, together with officers from the Police Force’s Special Detachment Against Organized Crime, was able to render harmless the person who was firing the shots.

The neighbors told photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan that one of those firing the shots was businessman Ashot Ghazaryan, whose son was accepted to Moscow State University. And during the party marking this, they had decided to fire shots in the air with the weapons at home.

Those who fired the shots are detained.
