YEREVAN.- No one has appealed to the police regarding shooting near the house of Armenian MP Rustam Gasparyan.

Police officers arrived in Janfida village of Armenia’s Armavir Region, talked to villagers but failed to clarify anything, police representative told Armenian News-NEWS.am. No traces or shells were found in the territory.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, shooting towards ruling coalition member Prosperous Armenia Party MP Rustam Gasparyan’s house was registered on Thursday morning.

No one was injured. Moreover, Gasparyan was not currently in Armenia, said head of the village community Edik Manukyan.
