Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes as follows, in particular: Yesterday, [FM] Ararat Mirzoyan, answering the question that the minister of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan stated that although some representatives of the RA have registered to participate in the COP29 [climate] conference [being held in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku], they are not participating, he said: "No RA official has submitted an application, registered for participation in the COP29 event being held in Baku."

And this means that once again the RA authorities could not agree on something with the Azerbaijani authorities, and they [i.e. Azerbaijan] will not release at least some of our captives. It is known that the RA authorities had promised to send a delegation to Baku under the condition of releasing some of the [Armenian] captives [in Azerbaijan].
