Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: "I warn [you]: if a single deadline is violated after this, personal accountability will specifically come," [PM] Nikol Pashinyan threatened at the government [Cabinet] meeting [last week], getting angry at the newly appointed TEI [i.e., territorial administration and infrastructure] minister [Davit Khudatyan], who was reporting that the kindergarten built in [the province of] Armavir's Aygevan [rural] community, which was supposed to be put into operation back in October , does not work due to [natural] gas supply problems.

According to our information, after the meeting, the provincial governors became concerned.

We have received clear information from several provinces that they have gathered the leaders of the communities and urged [them] to submit the reports regarding the duration of any work as accurately as possible.

And the provincial governor of Lori, former police chief Aram Ghazaryan tried to catch the fear of the leaders of the communities, saying: “Look, don't deceive me, it will mean that you are deceiving the prime minister, it will not remain without consequences, you will submit the reports on the work to be done with the accuracy of a second.”
