By the decision of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a committee for the hosting of the COP17 has been set up and its composition has been approved.
Accordingly, the aforesaid committee will be headed by the premier's chief advisor.
In 2026, Armenia will host the seventeenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP17) to the Convention on Biological Diversity.
