Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia congratulated Antonio Costa on his election as the new President of the European Council of the European Union (EU).

“My sincere congratulation to Antonio Costa as he takes on the role of EU Council President. Wish him all the success during his tenure and look forward to our close cooperation on further deepening of Armenia-EU partnership based on common values & shared interests,” the Armenian premier wrote on X.
