YEREVAN. – Agenda of the Armenian Government’s session on Thursday includes a draft decision which, perhaps, will become the most humorous of the passing year, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.   

“Pursuant to the draft, a 22.5-hectare forest in Dilijan National Park will be leased to the State Revenue Committee, for 25 years, ‘to organize the teaching and training of tax, customs, and civil servants, and to hold seminars.’ And the humor is that, with the Government’s same decision, construction is prohibited in that area. So, from now on the State Revenue Committee will hold its seminars in the forest, around a bonfire, [and] sitting on tree stumps,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
