Balanced policy remains the main direction of Armenia's policy. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan during the debates on the draft law on starting Armenia's accession process to the European Union at the meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on European Integration on Friday.

"Our initiatives and activities in all domains are aimed only at the realization of national interests and the creation of more favorable conditions," Hovhannisyan assured.
