Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The topic of “real Armenia” invented by [PM] Nikol Pashinyan has entered a “practical phase.”
Yesterday he suggested coming to the government in groups of 20-30 people to discuss it in a relaxed atmosphere. And if groups of 70 people or more are formed, he will personally visit and give a lecture.
But the so-called draft does not have the appearance of any official legal document—resolution, decision, law. It is just a jumbled statement of thoughts, preparing the ground for discussions on the Constitution.
The CC [i.e. the ruling Civil Contract Party] does not hide that the reference to the Declaration of Independence [of Armenia] will be removed from the preamble of the new constitution, and Pashinyan can replace it with this “Real Armenia” draft he wrote.
