Moreover, the [country’s] population is pessimistic about Armenia’s authorities helping, supporting them in any way. In particular, 42 percent believe that there is no assistance at all, and 23 percent believe that if there is, it is not effective.

Similar results were obtained as a result of polls conducted by the Focus alliance of Eurasian sociologists. At the same time, 29 percent believe that the guilt for [the aforesaid Armenians] being captured [by Azerbaijan] lies with Armenia’s authorities, 27 percent—with Azerbaijan, and 18 percent—with Russia.

As for [Armenian PM] Nikol Pashinyan's initiative to develop and put to a referendum a new RA Constitution, in which, at the demand of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Artsakh and the Armenian Genocide shall not be mentioned, then, according to the survey results, 79 percent of Armenia’s population is fundamentally against it.

It is noteworthy that the idea of European integration of Nikol Pashinyan's government also does not have a particularly positive response. According to the survey data, if the referendum on EU membership were held this Sunday, 40 percent would vote against, 23 percent—for. And about 20 percent said they would not go to the referendum. The number of those undecided on this matter is not very large: about 10 percent.
