Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will chair a meeting of the National Security Council (NSC) today, Sabah reported.

The NSC agenda includes developments in Syria, the war in Ukraine, Russia-U.S. talks and the planned ceasefire process, Israel's bombing of Gaza, attitudes toward ceasefire violations, the Eastern Mediterranean, Cyprus and the informal meeting on Cyprus held in Geneva.

The meeting is also expected to address the agreement reached between the new Syrian administration and the Kurdish SDF movement on the ground, its implementation and timetable.
