YEREVAN.- Armenia will not sign a new agreement with Turkey ahead of the parliamentary elections, expert in Turkish studies Artak Shakaryan told journalists on Wednesday.
Commenting on secret talks between Armenia and Turkey, he stressed that negotiations are theoretically possible only after presidential elections in Armenia in early 2013.
