Iran could have developed a nuclear weapon in four weeks if the US had not bombed Iranian nuclear facilities, US President Donald Trump believes.
“By the way, I think they [i.e. Iran] would have had nuclear weapons in a period of four weeks if we didn’t hit them,” the US president said on Tuesday’s edition of The Mark Levin Show, as he commented on the US strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities in June. “If we didn’t do it, they would probably by this time, just about this time, have a nuclear weapon and they would have used it.”
Also, the US president called himself and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “war heroes.”
“He’s [i.e. Netanyahu] a war hero, cause we worked together. He’s a war hero. I guess I am, too,” Trump said. Nobody cares. I am too. I sent those planes [to bomb Iranian nuclear facilities].”
