In 2026, a total of 102 billion 644 million drams are planned to be allocated to Armenia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs. Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan announced this during the debates on the 2026 state budget draft of Armenia at the joint meeting of the standing committees of the National Assembly on Monday.

The minister noted that this is 2 billion 355 million drams less than the 2025 figures. “I will provide more detailed data on the allocated funds and expenditures shortly—during the closed-format discussions,” Hovhannisyan added.
