The matter of opening the Armenia–Turkey border is not yet under discussion, a Turkish diplomatic source told RIA Novosti.
The interlocutor noted that the negotiation process to normalize relations between the two countries is continuing.
“At this point, we are talking about the normalization of relations, not the opening of the border. This will depend on the progress of the process; there are no specific timeframes yet,” the Ankara source said.
