Zhirayr Ananyan, Deputy Permanent Representative of Armenia to the United Nations, attended and addressed at the UN Security Council Open Debate “Situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian Question,” the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the UN informed Armenian News- NEWS.am

Ananyan emphasized that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan welcomed and participated in the Middle East Peace Summit in Sharm El Sheikh upon the invitation of US President Donald Trump and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, supported by Qatar, Turkiye, United Arab Emirates, and others.

The readiness of Armenia to support all constructive efforts aimed at bringing just and lasting peace to the Middle East was emphasized.
