The cooperation, friendship, and strategic partnership between Georgia and Armenia are of great importance for the well-being and stability of both our countries and the region. Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili noted this during a joint statement made after her meeting with Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan, who is visiting Georgia.

Botchorishvili noted that Georgia and Armenia successfully cooperate in various formats, and this work will continue in the international arena. “Ararat Mirzoyan is in Georgia on an official visit. I am glad that I had the opportunity to invite and receive you in Georgia. It is truly pleasant for me and a great honor to host you in response to the warm reception you showed me in Yerevan,” added the Georgian FM, addressing her Armenian colleague.
