Major Thomas Shorland Ball has been appointed as the first British resident Defense Attaché to Armenia, the UK embassy in Armenia informed on Facebook.
“This historic milestone reflects the growing strength of the UK–Armenia partnership and will further enhance our defence and security cooperation,” the embassy added.
