Advisor to Russian President Sergey Glazyev said they see no difference between Armenia and Kaliningrad Region.
Speaking about Armenia’s intention to join Customs Union in an interview with Ekho Moskvy, Glazyev said for Russia there is no difference whether it is a state, or a region.
“We see no difference whether it is a state or a region of the state. The key aspect is the single customs union. Kaliningrad Region, which has no common border with Russia, has been a part of customs territory for already five years,” he said.
