The United States and Europe violated the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on Iranian nuclear program, Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said.

The European countries did it because of Washington, Zarif said in an interview with Etemad newspaper.

Zarif added that the Europeans failed to fulfill their obligations on JCPOA, in particular in the area of banking relations and American policy, RIA Novosti reported. Therefore, neither the Europeans, nor U.S. have any right to put forward preconditions to the countries who implemented the deal fully.
