Former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan links the charge brought against him in connection with the events of March 1, 2008, with an attempt to neutralize his active participation in the upcoming snap parliamentary elections. The former president expressed his opinion in an interview with the Yerkir Media TV channel.
In this regard, Kocharyan noted that he has repeatedly stated his unwillingness to return to politics.
