YEREVAN. – The Armenian Foreign Ministry reports that Armenian citizen Arman Margaryan is at the Consulate General of Armenia in Rostov, Russia.

"The transportation issues have been resolved, and the citizen will be in Armenia tomorrow morning," the Foreign Ministry added.

On November 16, the body of 5 people was found in an apartment of Nor-Hachn, Armenia. It was later found out that the cause of their deaths was carbon monoxide leak from the natural gas boiler in the kitchen.

One of the dead was 77 years old, and four were underage children. The kids’ father lives in Ukraine. Upon learning of the tragedy, he attempted to return to Armenia, but failed to complete the migration document and was detained.
