Greek nationalist Member of the European Parliament Ioannis Lagos caused uproar in the European Parliament.
According to the Turkish Milliyet, during a parliamentary session, the Greek MP stated that even though there are always talks about the state of migrants on the Greek islands, nobody asks how migrants violate the rights of Greek citizens.
During his speech, Lagos also ripped the Turkish national flag.
