President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Commander of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation in Artsakh, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov has assured that the Stepanakert-Berdzor-Goris highway will be operating safely starting from 10:00 on November 17.

According to the reached agreement, the Martakert-Karvachar-Vardenis highway will also be operating at least until November 25.

The authorities of Artsakh and the command of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation are making maximum efforts to ensure the safety of transport communication of the population of Artsakh with the outside world, and our citizens can now feel safe and return to their homes.”
