I receive information about the use of administrative resources, directives from military units. Armen Ashotyan, vice-chairman of the former ruling Republican Party of Armenia and a member of the "I Have the Honor" bloc which is running in Sunday’s snap parliamentary elections, wrote about this on Facebook.

He added as follows, in particular: "The newly appointed commander of the Mehrab military unit instructs the servicemen to elect the aborted [i.e., acting PM Nikol Pashinyan]. In Khndzoresk military unit, the soldiers were served ice cream on behalf of the aborted in order to have him elected. At first, they [the incumbent authorities] took the [Armenian] army to the mouth of the foreign Turk, and now the internal Turks have targeted our boys."

Later, Ashotyan made another post, noting: "I have already received calls from several polling stations that ballot No. 6 is not being put in the general group [of ballots]. At the request of our citizens do they then form a new, complete group. 2 [such] cases were registered in Davtashen [district of Yerevan].”
