powerful bomb exploded at a Shia Muslim mosque in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar, killing more than 30 worshipers and injuring dozens, many in critical condition, police said, AP reported.
A local police official said the explosion occurred as worshipers gathered at the Kucha Risaldar Mosque in the old city of Peshawar for Friday prayers.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the explosion.
