The 16th international exhibition of defense technologies IDEX 2023 opened at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center in Abu Dhabi, capital city of the United Arab Emirates.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the press service of the RA Ministry of Hi-Tech Industry, 18 Armenian companies are presenting the latest achievements and potential of Armenia in information, defense and military technologies and engineering solutions at the joint pavilion "Armenia". Not only finished products but also innovative projects are presented.

The Minister of Hi-Tech Industry of Armenia Robert Khachatryan visited 12 thematic exhibition halls of the exhibition, familiarized himself with the newest technologies in the sphere of ground, sea and air defense and exchanged ideas with the representatives of the Armenian companies.

IDEX International Defense Expo is considered one of the most prestigious and strategically important events in the Middle East and North Africa region and brings together leading and reputable leaders in the defense industry as well as various innovative technology companies and renowned technology specialists.

The event is held every two years.
