Air raid sirens have been turned on in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) capital Stepanakert. Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs spokesperson Hunan Tadevosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.
"The [Azerbaijani] shootings started suddenly; the shootings do not stop at this moment either. The air raid sirens have been activated. At this moment as well we don't know exactly which side they [i.e. the Azerbaijanis] are hitting on," Tadevosyan said.
