Azerbaijan has launched a large-scale attack against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). The representative office of Artsakh in Armenia noted about this in a statement.

"Currently, [Artsakh] capital Stepanakert, other cities and villages are being shelled," the statement added.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan released a statement that "Azerbaijan has launched a local antiterrorist measure for the purpose of restoring the constitutional order. The Russian peacekeeping contingent [in Nagorno-Karabakh] and the joint Russian-Turkish monitoring center were informed about the measures taken.”
