As the press service of the RA MFA reports, the Azerbaijani assault, targeting of the civilian population and infrastructure, coupled with the illegal 10-month blockade of the Lachin Corridor, clearly reveals Azerbaijan's intent to perpetrate ethnic cleansing against the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The meeting, which took place in New York as part of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly, emphasized the vital role of UN mechanisms in preventing genocide and mass crimes in Nagorno-Karabakh.
