
A proposed meeting between the presidents of Russia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, put forward by Ankara, has yet to determine a specific date and location, according to a diplomatic source in Ankara cited by RIA Novosti.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey had previously extended the invitation for a quadrilateral meeting, but as of now, no formal response has been received regarding this proposal. President Erdogan intends to discuss the matter with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev.
The diplomatic source emphasized that, for the meeting to proceed, a consensus among all involved parties is essential. Currently, the proposal remains at the initial stage, and no concrete details have been confirmed.
