Ismail Cengiz, president of Turkey's Federation of Eurasian Turkic Unions, called on ministers to revoke the citizenship of 123 Turkish intellectuals who expressed support for the Armenians of Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh and deport them to Armenia.

According to the Turkish daily newspaper Vatan, Ismail Cengiz said that it is unacceptable that 123 Turkish intellectuals accused Azerbaijan of genocide.

He called on the ministers to strip them of their citizenship by special order and deport them to Armenia.
