The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) continues to help with the relocation of the small number of Armenians remaining in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The ICRC released a video of its helping the Armenian elderly move to Goris, Armenia
"Vulnerable people are at the center of our attention. Our teams continue to work on the ground and assist those in Karabakh who need help or wish to be taken to Armenia," the ICRC noted as attachment to this video.
