The contractual obligations with Russia regarding weapons have not been fulfilled. The secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, stated this in an interview with the Public Television of Armenia.

"We [i.e. Armenia] do not have new agreements with Russia; updates are being made around the existing contracts," Grigoryan noted.

The secretary of the Security Council of Armenia added that since 2021, several arms contracts have been signed between Armenia and Russia that have not been implemented, now some of them are being reviewed, and negotiations are underway in that regard.

Grigoryan noted that Armenia does not sign new contracts with Russia.
