The European Union civilian monitoring mission in Armenia (EUMA) carried out patrol in Jermuk city with Martti Lutsar, Desk Officer for Armenia at the European External Action Service (EEAS), EUMA informed.
“On patrol in Jermuk with eu_eeas GEO Desk Officer Martti Lutsar despite challenging winter conditions. The EUMA patrol observed the security situation along the Armenian side of the border with Azerbaijan,” EUMA wrote on X, former Twitter, and posted some respective photos.
