YEREVAN. – Heavy liquors, vodka and brandy production has sharply increased in Armenia in the first term of this year.

Brandy production has increased by 35 percent, vodka production by 72.3 percent, wine production by 13 percent, and beer by 5.3 percent, as compared to the same period of last year. At the same time, champagne production was decreased nearly by half.
