The Ajans Press Agency, which studies the Turkish media, publicized the number of Turkish press publications on foreign countries. 

Between January 1 and May 15, 2012, the most publications were made on the US, which was followed by Germany, France and Syria, Star daily of Turkey informs. 

It is noted that France came in third, and in the context of developments in connection with the bill that criminalizes the denial of genocides—including the Armenian Genocide.

Armenia, however, is absent from Ajans Press’ list of top-twenty countries that were mentioned the most in the Turkish media.
