YEREVAN. – The personal office of President and Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) leader Serzh Sargsyan was damaged to a quite extend as a result of Tuesday’s fire at the RPA Headquarters, Zhoghovurd daily writes.

“[The firefighters] Had used so much water to extinguish the fire that as a result, as our sources inform, the property in Sargsyan’s office was damaged almost completely.

The fire also caused damage to the third-floor hall where the RPA [Supreme Body] SB usually holds its sessions.

According to our sources, the RPA will be unable to convene a SB session there today [Thursday], and now they are looking for alternatives.

This time the SB’s regular night session could be held in the semi-basement grand hall,” Zhoghovurd writes.
