YEREVAN. – There was hustle and bustle in Armenia’s National Assembly (NA) on Tuesday. So far, the “administration” solved only one matter: the new MPs’ seating arrangement in the sessions’ hall, Hraparak daily writes.  

“It was decided that the [opposition Armenian National Congress] ANC will sit at Heritage’s spot: top right. But there are six seats ‘at the top,’ and [therefore] one ANC deputy will have to sit one row below, [and] beside the Free Democrats and Heritage [parties]. 

The new MPs’ rooms are not decided either. On May 31 [Thursday], they will have to roam about in the NA corridors and, more likely, to ‘spend time’ at the buffet. 

The thing is that the previous-convocation MPs are still deputies until May 31 at 10am, and no one had handed his room up until yesterday [Tuesday],” Hraparak daily writes.
