YEREVAN. – The Iranian-Armenian passengers, who were at the Iran-Armenia (near Meghri city) border, were compelled to walk over scorpions, locusts, and other insects, which had come from the nearby steppes, Hayatsk daily writes, citing A1+ News Agency.      

“According to the passengers, the insects were in a hurry to find a shadow, underneath the parked cars and buses, because of the unprecedented heat.  

The Armenian and Iranian passengers arrived from Iran’s border checkpoint to Meghri’s border check point in three hours.  

Incidentally, no insect disturbed the passengers at Meghri’s checkpoint,” Hayatsk writes.
