Catriona Wine, the lawyer of life termer Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) leader Abdullah Ocalan arrived in Turkey. According to Turkish Haberform website, English lawyer arrived in Bursa and left for Imrali island along with other lawyers and an interpreter. Wine will defend Ocalan in the European Court of Human Rights.
In 1999, Abdullah Ocalan was sentenced to life imprisonment in Imrali prison charged with implication in a number of killings and explosions.
