YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received on Tuesday the Fund for Armenian Relief (FAR) delegation headed by the FAR president, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern) Archbishop Khajag Barsamian. The President estimated high the FAR activity, stressing it has always been next to Armenia in the most difficult moments, presidential press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Sargsyan also welcomed the fact that the fund in Armenia gradually changes its relief projects into developing programs, which is very important for the country’s development. In addition, Sargsyan thanked the FAR administration, employees and all donors.

At the end of the meeting the FAR chairman Randy Sapah-Gulian introduced the President the FAR projects in various fields and main directions of its activity.
