YEREVAN. – Armenia is going to host Days of the Chinese culture. The event is scheduled for Oct. 24 – Oct. 30, Armenian Ministry of Culture informs Armenian News-NEWS.am adding no other information is available as the project is not yet finalized with the Embassy.

China is one of the first countries having established diplomatic relations with Armenia 20 years ago. Cooperation between the two countries is developing steadily. Trade turnover made $125 million for the first three months of 2012, while it was $421 million last year. In addition, China hosted Days of Armenia within humanitarian cooperation. The opening of the Confucius Institute in Yerevan also played an important role in developing cultural ties.
