YEREVAN. – Mercedes vehicle crashed with an unknown vehicle at 11.00 a.m. in Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan on Saturday, while the unknown vehicle moved forward and ran over a 20-year-old girl as a result.

The girl was injured and hospitalized, police information service reports. The same day a 40-year-old man surrendered to police at 6.15 p.m. and said that he ran over the young girl with his Toyota vehicle, as the Mercedes vehicle crashed the car from behind and it moved forward.

An investigation is underway.
