YEREVAN. – UNESCO assessed positively the productive work of its agencies operating in Armenia and secured their further operation.
Last year UNESCO conducted a survey to study productivity of its agencies operating in the member-states and National Commission of those states and UNESCO agencies participated in the survey. As a result of the Audit report, 105 agencies of UNESCO were not operating well and should be closed. At the same time, 569 agencies of the organization, including six UNESCO agencies in Armenia, are assessed positively.
