YEREVAN. – The Armenian national carrier Armavia Company will resume exploitation of the Sukhoi Superjet-100 (SSJ-100) soon. The Sukhoi Civil Aircraft CJSC and Armavia have come into agreement on exploitation of the jet and it arrived in Yerevan on Tuesday.

Armavia Company agreed on cancelling purchase agreement on SSJ-100 with the Russian company and it will rent the jet instead, Armavia’s Spokesperson Nana Avetisova told Gazeta.ru. 

The air company is still the exploiter and the Sukhoi is the owner of the jet, Busienss-TASS reports.
