YEREVAN. – Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan are settling a great issue. They think they have already settled the issue of 2013 presidential elections and now consider about the 2018, opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) representative Petros Makeyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. As for the statement by the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) MP and former FM Vartan Oskanian that the PAP should nominate own candidate and it should be the party leader Gagik Tsarukyan and if the latter does not wish Osnakian can assume the responsibility, Makeyan said that neither Oskanian nor Tsarukyan are ready to become a president. “It is Kocharyan who is behind the scene,” he concluded.
