ALEPPO. – Armenians, who were living in Aleppo’s Nor Gyugh district, are coming back, Armenian community representative Zhirayr Reisyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. According to him, as the military actions are decreasing, the Armenian families return back to their homes. “They would have not returned if there were no guarantees. Currently almost all the districts of Aleppo, including Nor Gyugh, which is in the suburbs, have got water and electricity. Food is also available at the stores,” Reisyan said. However, he also claimed that resumption works are prevented in some districts due to snipers.
